It's not the fact that she made a mistake that upsets me. People are human. It's not even the fact that I have to now live with a skirt that is 3 inches shorter than when I brought it in because of an error she made. All I was getting done was a new elastic in the waist, but this somehow resulted in the chiffon outer layer ending up shorter than the lining.
It's the fact that when I asked a simple question, "what happened", I was met with aggressive defensiveness. Absolutely no responsibility or sympathy. The kicker? I had to pay her to try and rectify her error. She charged me for shortening the lining on my skirt to even it up with the chiffon, even though it was her mistake that made it necessary for the lining to be shortened.
The other two ladies sat there quietly avoiding all eye contact while the one I was dealing with pushed her overbearing attitude in my face, as I merely wanted her to explain, "what happened?"
This lady had done excellent work for me in the past. She's very nice when all goes well. But today I saw what happens when she makes a mistake. It wasn't pretty. To say "never again" is an understatement. I expect Karma will have her day with this B**ch.
I do not recommend at all.
