  • This community is ok, but if you plan on moving here DO NOT GO WITH JEAN Murphy She is HORRIBLE!!! she will make you feel so pressured to put money down, and will give you some awesome deals that sounds too good to be true. However, she will hid things from you, she will mislead you and if you don't get approved she WONT Give you a penny back. She is so unprofessional too and a liar !!!! Do not go with her. I paid 150$ for application and 300 for administration fee and I got denied but this woman won't give me the 300$ back!! DO NOT GO WITH HER!!!!! All she wants is your money! Don't get fooled by the "good deals" DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!
