  • The on site manager, Heather, was unprofessional. She had no idea we were coming to pick up the truck and all of the supplies we ordered. She was clueless. She was talking on the phone to her boss or supervisor to correct the billing error for the appliance dolly that we didn't get because "U-Haul didn't give it to us." While speaking to her manager, she was checking her text messages on her personal phone. We would have appreciated at least 50% of her attention. This U-Haul location had only 12 pads of the 4 dozen we had ordered. She said it wasn't her fault that; it was up to U-Haul to provide. We would never use this location again nor recommend it unless the management is trained properly and knows what they have in stock and prepares for upcoming orders. We are waiting for our appliance dolly credit of $12.00 and a "discount" of $50 for using this location instead of the one we originally chose on line.
