  • Even though this is a franchise place the stylists do an excellent job and provide great customer service!! Even when all the stylists are cutting hair they make a point of greeting incoming patrons. There are TVs at every hair cutting station and in the waiting area that are tuned into sports programming. First time visitors get a free MVP upgrade. The neck and shoulder massage is nothing to write home about since it is just a small hand held appliance rather than an actual hand massage. The hair shampoo is top notch!!! This is done after your haircut so it washes all of the cut hairs off and then they style your hair so you're good to go when you walk out! Plus, the scalp massage that you get when they wash your hair is so relaxing!! I would go there everyday just to get my hair washed!!! I always ask for Alex when I am there, but all of the girls here are super nice! Hope this helps some of you in your decision making.
