  • With the others who want to give a 3.5 star review. The online booking service and ability to request items was brilliant. Our cleaner came on time and did what we asked for - but nothing more. I agree I shouldn't have to show the cleaner what needs to be cleaned. Like some other reviewers, I hired the service to do the deep-cleaning stuff, because I keep my house pretty tidy overall and can handle the superficial stuff. I honestly felt if I hadn't been there I don't know what would have been done. Overall an ok experience, and probably worth what I paid on Groupon.
