  • A friend recommended I take this course to learn how to better use my smoker. The class was great, the instructors informative, they stressed cleanliness and how to avoid cross contamination,presented a lit of techniques I was not aware of and the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the pulled pork, burnt ends and the home made BBQ sauce. The store front also has a great variety of tools, rubs and equipment. Some of the neighboring tenants were a little noisy and it made it difficult to hear some of the outdoor instructions. All in all thanks for a great day.
