  • Nick showed up at my door with a professional stance. Immediately, I could tell that he was about business. It was obvious that he wasn't there to chat-it-up. He was focused on the three-hour tour he was about to spend inspecting and evaluating my house. Once he was done, though, he took on the persona of a kind-hearted friend who wanted to give share all the knowledge, tips, and advice that are helpful and useful to me. It was refreshing to see that kind of balance in a professional.
