  • Steve Smith AKA, The Radiator King is still in business! Alas the shop at N. 90th St. is no more. (He'll explain when you meet him) The good news is he now does MOBILE REPAIR! That's right, he comes to you!! So here's my story......I recently got new tires and while installing them the guy notices I have a coolant leak. So, FIRESTONE on Central and Southern quotes me about $600 for a new radiator and labor. I say, " whoa, how about repairing it for less." NOPE, can't do it. So I start doing some research and I come across "the King" and some good reviews (Here on Yelp, of course). I call him, he shows up at my house the next morning, dismantles the radiator, takes it to a friends shop to repair, brings it back, hooks everything up, turn the key and VROOOOM! and now for the punchline.......at 1/2 of my quote from Firestone!! Goodbye Firestone, you just lost (another) customer.... and yes, he does other repairs as well....let's keep this guy in business! We need more repair people like him.
