  • Made an appointment for a rental property 2 weeks ahead of time. They called 3 times the day before to confirm an appointment. I drove out to the property and then did not show up. After waiting for half an hour I called and they said the guy was still at another job. I went home and they called back an hour later and said the guy could be there in half an hour. I told them I would have my property manager be there for the estimate. To which they said they would no do an estimate if I was not there in person. I can only guess this is because they want to apply high pressure sales tactics and not let their estimate speak for itself. Don't trust these guys.
