Just had a HORRIBLE experince at Power Toyota. And we've bought a car from there before, which makes it even more disappointing. What happened to the days when the guys at the car dealership acted like they WANTED to sell you a car? Customer service was awful and so was the offer on our trade-in. Our sales guy acted like he'd already met his quota for the month, and could have cared less about selling a car today. We've been treated better this week by a dealer across the street in Tempe Autoplex and am SURE we will get treated better by a Toyota dealership in another part of town.
The customer service was awful. I could not believe the lack of care and concern our sales person showed. He did not seem interested in even attempting to give us a good deal. He didn't even seem to care if he sold a car or not. This was by far the most horrible experience I've ever had at a car dealership. We are previous customers and pre-approved for an auto loan. All these guys had to do was give us a little bit of respect and a decent deal on a car. We sat around waiting for almost an hour before anyone would even discuss the price of the car or our trade-in with us, and then the offer on our trade in was insulting. VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE (LACK OF) THE SALES DEPARTMENT PROVIDED.
