  • The negative reviews on this property are accurate. This has been a horrible experience. I filed an insurance claim because the landscaper damaged the paint on my cars. Within one hour a notice was posted on my door threatening legal action against me for cigarette butts on the property. The notice said if they find a butt in the parking lot or common areas legal action will ensure. I don't smoke. This was retaliation for the insurance claim. Which is a violation of state and federal housing laws. Then they towed my car claiming inoperable. It has 30,000 miles and I drove it a few hours before they towed it. They claim it had a tow sticker on it for 4 days. This car is driven to the store daily. Now I am forced to park elsewhere out of fear they will tow it. Cost $400.00 to recover from tow yard. This is how Conam does business. Rent at your own risk. Management is very devious and dasterdly. My lease ends June 1. I will return to Conam a unit that is clean and has zero damage. I assume I will be charged for bogus damage claims. This is what several reviews claim happened to them. If you rent from Conam , be prepared to fight for your deposit and bogus damage claims.
