  • I usually go to Britney's nails & spa to get my nails done and they always did a great job, so I trusted them. They told me they do eyebrow tattooing so I decided to get it done, I trusted these women. Well I went in on a Sunday and they did it and by Friday I was in tears, they messed up so bad. One eyebrow was higher than the other and one darker than the other, so I went in and showed them. They said dint worry come back in two weeks we will fix it, so I did. They really messed up this time even worse than the first time, half of my eyebrows are dark and the other light and they are more uneven than they were before. I went back in and they told me that if I waited they would get darker, now we all know tattoo's dint go from light to dark. They said come in again in a month and we will do them again, really would you trust them to do it again? Besides the fact that they didn't numb the eyebrows before they did it and it was alto of pain I had to go through twice already. I told them no and asked for my money back and that I was not happy, they told me my eyebrows look beautifully lol. I cant leave my house without colouring them in and my main reason for getting them done is so I wouldn't have to colour them in all the time. They argued with me and told me no they are not giving me my money back and basically laughed at me, I asked them what would they do if there eyebrows looked like this, they looked me in the face and said I dint know ours are real and laughed. After a huge argument I didn't get my money back and I'm stuck like this for the rest of my life. I dint understand how a business can get away with this and if anyone has any advice on what I can do please let me know,
