  • I had debated on going with a mattress from tuft and needle or helix or some sort but as things came down to the wire, I needed a bed immediately. I had visited a mattress firm close to me but felt like the guy was just trying to make a sale. Didn't appreciate that. So I left and went to a different Mattress Form and ended up here. While initially I was annoyed by the sales guy, (I'm always annoyed with sales people) he kept pushing me to try out and fell out mattresses that fit my needs. I expected him to be upwelling me the whole entire time but oddly, it kind of seemed like an educational experience. Weird right? Ultimately this sales guy, Michel, I believe his name was... (or Matt? :-0) actually got me to like him and I was happy with the purchase that was made in my price range. Dude knows mattresses--/ that's for sure. Lastly, the delivery on arrival was SO freaking fast. The guys parked, set up, put everything together in ten minutes. The reason for the star off is because my delivery window was from 7-9pm and ultimate delivery was 8pm. That is just soooo late especially when my bedtime is 8:30. I would've rather they say they'd deliver it in the morning.
