I would not recommend this practice for any reason whatsoever. I've actually been a patient here for 7 years and the front office staff is amazing they are very professional very friendly and if there's an issue with billing they work with you and give you advice on how to fix it. However so many doctors have left this practice and a couple of their offices have shut down. The medical staff that is there now does not listen when you have concerns don't offer advice on medication. The last time I was in there I needed two referrals and a medicine refill. The doctor that I saw while I was telling her I need a dissolvable pills or a liquid because of a surgery was continuing to tell me look at an app called GoodRx to find an equivalent for the medication I needed. My insurance also switched and I needed a refill on my antidepressant. Because of the change in my insurance I was not able to see the doctor for my mental health and needed to find a new one. Joann Vitiello actually cut the dose of my medication in half without letting me know and would not refill the other one just kept telling me to refer to the app called GoodRx. She also gave me tablets which I can't digest. I never got the referrals for the doctors that I needed to see. She told me to wait for a call with the names and phone numbers. that was 3 months ago. I've left 7 messages in 2 months and have not received a call back. I tried every extension that the automated system provides when I call and I just kept getting voicemail after voicemail. Now that my kids are out of school for the summer vacations I'm going to have to wait until August to have the stuff taken care of and find a new Primary Care. The service in this facility has gone way down from when I first selected them as my primary care. If you are looking to get healthy avoid this office at all cost. If I could give this office a negative 5 review I would
