  • Started off as a great experience which is 5 stars; we had 2 great masseuses (Joe is really the best he hits all the pressure points - highly recommend him) a private room with neck and foot massage. The masseuses don't talk which is pleasant and relaxing along with the peaceful music playing. It was so serene and lovely. Then the receptionist put 2 random people in our room and the entire experience was completely ruined. They were loud and talking on the phone and just being obnoxious literally bringing back the stress that was just relieved. It is very unfortunate as while I was getting massaged I was thinking this is the best I've received and then these people came in an ruined it. Sure the people can do what they want but the company should not group people together that are not there together or at least let their clients know in advance. Joe is great and if he worked anywhere else I would go to him once a week but this place is officially off my go to massage list, shame. Dear miss happy foot receptionist, please do not put separate clients who do not come in together in the same room for a massage as it is awkward and ruins the serene massage experience that your clients are looking for. Thank you kindly, Your massage client.
