  • DON'T DO IT!! Came across this place on Groupon. Called to make an appt and the owner, Tannis, immediately told me I needed to book 3 appts. I agreed to book a 2nd appt for 2 days later. Went in for the first. It's pretty old, dark and dingy. When I was done the therapist told me I had to book two more and pay for them then in order to get the promised discounted rate. I went to the 2nd appt and still didn't have any real results. I had to cancel my third appt early in the morning the day of for a work emergency and left a message for someone to call me back to reschedule. No one did. I sent a text a week later asking for a refund. The owner called me and said she wouldn't refund me and that she added a $25 fee for cancelling that I would have had to pay on my next visit. She said she would remove it if I booked again. I was leaving town and told her I'd have to do it when I came back. She recommended another therapist even though I didn't complain about the one I had and wouldn't let me book on the weekend before my trip. I ended up texting her just to keep the money. She is just rude and shady. Looks like I'm not the only one with a bad experience. All she cares about is the money and obviously doesn't care about her customers or humanity in general. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere legit and clean!
