  • We LOVE this hotel, because of the the customer service and clean room. My husband and I found ourselves in a very bad situation here in Phoenix. We originally planned in staying in La Quinta, since we loved the La Quinta in Paso Robles, California and I loved the La Quinta in Temecula, California (both were clean and had the feel of five star hotel, they really set it up classy in Ca) BUT La Quinta in Phoenix was disgusting. So at 2 am, after deciding we couldn't stay in the disgusting place, we called the Hilton down the street and Sunni (pronounced Sunny) found us a room. She was so friendly and so accommodating, she was our savior and is still our savior in Phoenix! The room we are staying in right now, is very clean. The bathroom is clean, as well. We just saw Sunni and she was just as amazing as she was to us last night. Very, very friendly. Hopefully her manager is going to read this. FYI parking is free on the weekend. Tram is walking distance. Safeway is less than two minutes away from the hotel (driving). Pool is clean, lots of towels, nice ambiance. Besides Sunni, the other people at the front desk were just as nice and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
