  • The AC unit was incredibly loud and turned on often, despite setting it to 74 degrees. This made it very very difficult to sleep. I would have simply opened the window, as it was quite cool out, but the windows seemed to be bolted shut. Housekeeping knocked loudly on our door at 8:30 am, despite check out being at noon. The front desk staff was also very rude. When I was checking in, the person at the front desk halted the transaction to have a cell phone conversation for 5 minutes. Then simply handed us our keys and kept talking. I wanted to voice some of these concerns in the morning, but there was no one at the front desk. The difficulty sleeping along with the uncaring staff make it hard for me to recommend this hotel to anyone.
