  • OMG.... we LOVE our pool and yard! Ken was our designer/sales and we developed a "sports" pool/spa with a waterfall, infloor cleaning system, and a bunch of other stuff! We started about 6 months ago, getting quotes from a few other reputable builders... we easily discovered building a pool is A la carte. Once they started digging it took 2.5 months. The pool, the spa, the pebble tec or plaster (or 20 other choices), the decking, a Firepit (yes!), Baja lounge, water feature (s), equipment, heater (s), pumps (s) and 50 billion other options I could never list... I found making a million decisions overwhelming but Ken our designer who has built a zillion pools and I who had built ZERO (over even owned a pool) were able to work together and build our vision. Poolscapes was lower than the other bids when comparing apples to apples. The whole building team with LeRoy, Scott and Danny were extremely personable and super sweet. We also went with Poolscapes for Landscaping (I am thankful every time I walk outside for this!), Scott is amazing to work with!! We also got 5 bids and initially Poolscapes bid/designed out an amazing landscaping (it was way over our budget), again A la Carte... but after some changes... they came in the same prices everyone else (and even less). BONUS they did more design work within the rocks, it's just stunning! My husband loves loves that they tell us we are partners with them from here on out and any issues, or questions to call their office... they will come out... any warranties on anything they will fill out paperwork and handle, anything Anything call their office! The whole Team has been great.
