My wife and I originally found an Audi on their website so we talked to one or the sales associates about it over email. We went back and forth with info and he told me it was the end of the month so they wanted to push out more cars and maybe they could work a deal. Well my wife found a Jeep and became interested in that we talked about it and applied online for our credit and told them the number we needed the payment around we were told we were approved and good. We set up a time and drove all the way to the dealership when we live a little less then an hour away.
On the way there I call to get info about the bank that was approved and interest, he then tells us that it wasn't actually sent so we weren't officially approved yet (which to me makes no sense). But we finally get there and start looking at the Jeep and we were in for a shock. The front bumper looked like it was ran into something because a lot of paint was missing the windshield was cracked, and the windshield fluid jets were all missing. But in the pictures none of this showed. He told me that they were going to fix it meaning if I got the car I'd have to come back which didn't make me feel so good about it but either way my wife wasn't that in love with it like she thought she would be from the pictures. (Got to watch out for those photo angles)
We go inside my wife and I talk and then I tell the guy that we were going to pass and weren't feeling it. He starts working his sales pitch but decides he can show us the Audi which originally we were interested in, we said ok. My wife, daughter and myself stand waiting for 20 minutes and he never comes back. One of the other sales guy asks if we needed help told him the situation he said he'd go look and we never seen him again either. Finally I got irritated and left as they were blocking off the entrance to close. Freaking headache!
I understand a used car is used but online the pictures and info shouldn't be deceiving. It was a waste of my time and effort and was beyond assured from the company that everything was good But in reality it wasn't. Deception is never good. It's on to the next dealership we go.
