Very nice upscale french restaurant with an excellent view of the Bellagio fountain. Wait staff was attentive, and food was just excellent.
APPETIZERS:
I am a big fan of foie gras and couldn't help ordered their cold foie gras torchon and the warm duck foie gras as appetizers just to try them out. Turned out both were excellent, though, this time the foie gras torchon easily won over the warm foie gras in both texture and flavor.
Spring greens salad was fresh and crisp. Escargots was short of spectacular, not recommended.
ENTREES:
Muscovy Duck Breast - haven't had such tender and well prepared duck breast for a long time. The dish was done just right.
Aged NY Steak - Perfect at medium rare. great taste and portion for any carnivore out there.
DESSERTS:
Souffle, souffle, souffle - excellent, excellent, excellent! MUST ORDER!
Had two more deserts but can't remember what they called, one was Flambe Meringue with sorbet inside, and one had two crisp almond thins sandwiched some fresh cream and raspberries. I was surprised their desserts was light and not overly sweet that I think most guys will enjoy them as well.
High recommended if you'd like to spend a romantic evening with someone special.
