| - Sprint comes highly recommended because the employees there were amazingly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I had AT&T as my service provider and I wasn't sure if I should switch. My sales rep, Rob, cut his break short and patiently waited for me to make the decision. My decision was influenced by a call I had to make at AT&T to see my current bill and ask about upgrades. Even though Rob was aware of the fact that I could possibly stay at AT&T and not become a Sprint customer, he still remained patient and extremely polite (along with his co-workers). I was on the phone with AT&T inside the Sprint store figuring out which package was better. Neither of the companies were rude, nor were they trying to pressure me or convince me. They both remained understanding and just provided me with knowledge of what I would be purchasing. I ended up switching to Sprint due to the better service package (I'd like to state for the record that the AT&T gentleman was amazingly patient, nice, and honest even after I made that decision). After spending so much of Rob's time, he then assisted me in getting my information switched to my phone, helped me understand the iCloud concept, and reiterated the information regarding my new billing statement and how the switch would take place. He also helped me find a car charger.
He offered me to call or come in with any questions I may have. And I felt it was sincere.
The employees there are great! Rob was my salesman, and his co-workers were Jorge, Anthony, and I forgot the other gentleman's name.
So a week later... As I expected, still receiving great customer service! I needed assistance logging into my new account and Rob helped me right away. I had a few "dumb" questions about my iPhone usage and Rob helped me asap. Also, he offered for me to come in the store at any time if I ever had questions, concerns with my bill, or to buy accessories.
This Sprint location and its employees are worth the trip! Thank you so much guys :)
