Hotwire advertised a 3.5 star hotel in scottsdale for 35 dollars a night, and I ended up here. The kicker (which in fairness to hotwire, they warn you) is that there is a 15 dollar resort fee so it ended up being over 60 dollars with fees. Still a good deal. The resort fee includes internet.
The "resort" is in the middle of a strip mall, and the grounds leave much to be desired. There was a huge piece of dog poop right on the sidewalk that didn't get cleaned up in the two days I was there.
The rooms were spacious with mini-fridge and comfrotable bed, but kind of old.
All in all, it was a decent place at a good price, but if you are going for a resort experience, I'd look elsewhere.
