Had the same problem as Lily C. Restaurant refused to honor $25 certificate obtained just days ago, claiming they have not participated in the program for a while, yet it is still listed on the website today. Get it together or just honor the promotion as a courtesy. We splurged since there was a $50 minimum. Big mistake as our bill ended up over $70 for 2 adults/2 kids. A bit pricey for a 'casual' lunch.
Decent dim sum, was a bit cold as we dined later in the afternoon. The freshly steamed dishes were fine. Not the best dim sum but not the worst either. A bit pricey at $3.50-$4+ a dish ($1+ for each morsel). At that price point Ping Pang Pong @ Gold Coast is better. Service was quick and attentive but it was not busy when we went.
And in case you noticed this place has large number of good reviews - they reward positive reviews by bribing reviewers with free dim sum - shady.
