My 1st review was completely honest so we left after a few months after not seeing any improvement. I am happy to say that the new Manager Sebastian DiMaggio has truly listened to our concerns and is doing everything possible to improve customer satisfaction. Changing from Gold's to EOS then all the staff changes were difficult; however, with Sebastian I believe they will continue to get better and better. I am still not sure how the child care has improved as we haven't taken our kids back.
