rev:text	Palm Mortuary handled the arrangements for my 96 year old father, a World War II veteran, over 2 months ago. Since that time, we have been repeatedly calling them every week asking for the Veteran's Internment Flag that we were assured we would be provided. We never received it and could not even get a call back. We purchased our own official internment flag and now will lay him to rest in the National Cemetery. I STRONGLY URGE VETERANS' FAMILIES TO GO ELSEWHERE AS PALM MORTUARY HAS NO CARE AND CONCERN FOR HONORING VETERANS' SERVICE TO THEIR COUNTRY.
