  • Horrible experience with this location! Had a transmission rebuilt for three thousand dollars! Upon pickup, the vehicle was very loud. Someone cut off and stole the catalytic converter! The owner contacted a company to replace it. Taking another three days without a vehicle and my time. Picked up the car and AGAIN still loud. Process repeats lost my time and another three days without a vehicle. Picked up the vehicle and AGAIN same thing! Repeat the process, NO I'm not exaggerating THREE times to get it right. After that, conveniently the transmission goes out one month after the three year warranty! They tell me it's a part on the transmission costing $400. They do the repair and upon pickup, 1/2 mile into driving the problem still exists. They then say it's something different costing around $200. They do that repair and we tell the manager to test drive it not the mechanic to verify. He told us the problem is still there and we need a NEW transmission. We immediately get on the phone with headquarters to tell them this entire story and our $600 was refunded. We had to buy a new vehicle. You judge if the entire transaction seems like their mechanics are either incompetent or scammers!
