I've gotten a nice pedicure at Blush before, but my recent experience prompted me to want to write a review.
I arrived at 11:00 am on a Sunday morning because I wanted a previous shellac manicure I had gotten at another nail salon in Middleton removed. The previous manicure was way too thick (I looked like I had stubby little claws). Shawn greeted me and helped me right away.
He told me (somewhat apologetically) that it would be $5 to remove the shellac since I'd had it done elsewhere (which was fine...I've been charged $10). He then told me if I wanted a new color, it would be included in the price of $30.
Over the past 2 years I've had shellac manicures in the Madison area ranging from $40-70, and Shawn did a better job than any of them. I'm pretty hard (or just not very careful) on manicures, but 2 weeks later my nails still look fantastic. There isn't a single chip, the polish isn't too thick, and he didn't grind off my nails like some of the other salons do. I will definitely be back to blush for an appointment with Shawn.
