  • The class if car we reserved was rented out already to the couple in front of us. They upgraded us to the next class. Customer service overall was bad. The girl helping us was also answering phones and had a customer complaining of a problem with the car he rented. As she placed him on hold to explain to her manager she tells us the story and then follows it with a "good luck with that." Wow, way to make your customers feel like they'll be taken care of if there are any issues with the car. She wasn't very helpful in answering questions either. If I choose to rent from Enterprise again it won't be from this location.
