  • It gets a 1 star only because the girls that run the kids section are amazing. They are the only ones that smile and wave and are actually happy to see you. They know the our daughters name. Other than that I would go to another gym if there was another option. There is no concept of customer service. I was told I signed up for a multi gym pass to only find out the guy that sold the membership to me lied. When confronted they said too bad. After a lot of talk they consented and gave me what I signed for. I'm not overly picky person I just expect people to be honest. The list goes on and on about this location and matter of fact all their locations. They need to revamp how they do business unless they just don't really care. I'm assuming they believe in the latter.
