Great customer service. Upon turning in my rental, I realized I was being charged double for "upgrading" my rental but didn't think the agent did a great job pointing that out when I first picked up my car. It was my fault as the consumer for not clarifying but I wanted to get on the road. I'm a reasonable consumer so I understood what the charge was after the customer service agent explained it. All I wanted was to give a training opportunity to the original agent for misleading what the extra charge was for but the CS agent offered a refund for 1 of the 2 days I was charged extra. I can appreciate great customer service and Alamo has proven time and time again they have a high standard of service. Also seen the CS agent next to me helping a less than reasonable consumer and do it with the same set CS standards!!!
