  • I have several Apple products and I've been happy from start to finish with each visit I've ever made to this location! PROS: Clean Cool toys to play with You can make an appointment online, call in or just walk in and wait Appointments generally run right on time and don't take too long Staff is very friendly CONS: nothing is given to you for free for just liking it (LOL, just kidding on this) it's notoriously warm in that store--due to all of the gadgets running, I imagine. Whether its with the Genius Bar or just with an employee, I've always been very satisfied. Went to the G-Bar a few times for service and was delighted! My iPhone had something wrong with the screen and the guy just replaced the entire display without giving me a hard time or anything! He was super cool about it too! I've had a few questions about my MacBook when I first bought it and they were promptly answered by friendly staff. I truly have no complaints other than the fact that they won't just give me stuff when I walk in the store.... lol
