  • Been pushed back for grooming here. We had a family issue and needed to find a way to pick up our did from the groomers. They wouldn't work with us and the lady kept asking me to hold and just put the phone down. I could hear her chatting with someone else. This happened two times. I will not be going back here. Terrible customer service.
