Went thru the drive thru this morning. Ordered a medium iced caramel latte. Get to the window and they handed me what looked like an iced mocha. I let them know it was the wrong drink and the guy at the window told me to pull up and they would bring my drink out to me. When he brought me my drink I mentioned to him that I felt like they should have offered some thing for messing up my order as I was in a hurry (I was on my way to work). His reply was, "sorry, we looked at the order wrong" with a dumbfounded look on his face. Poor customer service
