Rep lies to you. Asked for same service I had with Cox, even showed them my bill.
Do not have the same service in the bedroom that I have in the living room (can only watch tv nothing else). They told me my bill would stay the same for 1 year and then go up slightly, 1st month they raised it by $5, third month raised it another $5. Stuck in a 2 yr contract by people who lie to you and their customer service could care less. Will be changing service as soon as contract is up.
