rev:text	Tl;dr The worst service ever received. I went in on a late Friday and tried to work a deal on their used Diavel with Mo and Eric. Both provided great customer service, but we were about 1k off and I decided to leave. The next day, Eric left me a voice mail saying they were trying to give me $500 more for my trade and to give him a call back. I had planned to buy at that deal. Instead, when I called back I was forced to talk to Frank instead. He said that they were giving me $500 more for my trade, but that the difference to be paid was the same as the original deal. $500 more for my trade should have meant $500 less for me to pay. When I said that was incorrect, he told me that I must not have understood the paper that had the offer from the night before (as if simple math is hard). After telling him that he was not there the night before, and that he was wrong and that I'm not paying full price for the bike, and to just handle the phone to Eric, Frank kept rambling on and said that for every hour that passes he will raise the price of the bike by $100. Finally having enough of this rude prick, I told the loser to hand the phone to someone competent, to which he belittled my trade-in because it isn't a slow, loud Harley. Even if they offered and even trade, I would not do business with this location. In the end, I'm ultimately thankful for Frank's complete lack of respect for the people who fund his payroll. I spent my money on a new 2015 Monster 1200S and did so without being belittled by some low life.
