  • On top of how unprofessional he was initially, the information he ultimately provided proved to be wrong! I had the bank served which he claimed the debtor had an account, wasting more money for the service and filing, only to have the bank tell me they have no such account. I called Chris at JPI I told him that I would like a refund since he didn't deliver. He said "I don't have time for this bull#&$t and hung up on me. I have since found out that the methods he used to find information was against the law. I would have never hired him had I known he would do such a thing. He still will not refund my money.
