  • This place is a joke. Had an appointment here and I waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes next to some guy passed out on their couch. Their website does not have any pricing information. So I went in looking for some basic pricing information. I knew it was bad from the moment I walked in. The place needs some cleaning for sure. I just kept asking for the pricing information for the only car I was interested in. They would not tell me. Again, I kept asking and they needed me to fill out forms. They then, without asking me, did a credit pull on me (which can negatively affect your credit). I was really not happy about that and they didn't really seem to care. I again asked for the price on this car and they basically told me that I should just buy a more expensive car. Their prices were also RIDICULOUS! They told me my goal payment was unobtainable and I would never find a place that could make that happen for me. I finally told them I was done and to wanted to leave. The best part is that their parking lot is so crowded and horrible that I could not get out of it. People were parking in the MIDDLE of the parking lot so no one else could leave! Don't go there looking for prices, straight forward answers, or with the expectation that you can leave whenever you want. By the way, I went to Zimbrick right after and got a quality car for the price I was looking for with NO issues and no bulls**t. Go to a real car dealership.
