  • Had to go there as my Primary Care Physician is on vacation. This doctor is the sister office in their network. I advised I needed to have a script refilled. She asked: What is it? Why have you been on it so long? Stated "it (my medication) can cause dementia" Stated, "I'll refill it this time - it's habit forming" No "bedside manner" skills; no bother to assess my patient history; made me feel like I was a bother to be in the patient rotation. Rated 2 stars because she did check another minor issue, fill my script and answer the one question I was able to get in, "suggestions (regarding my condition)" - response - "psychiatric help for coping skills"... Of course I shouldn't have asked... Absolutely not impressed.
