  • It's never good when your house gets flooded, ours was no exception. It would have been an absolute nightmare if not for Alex and his crew. He was initially dispatched by our home warranty company and from that point he took over all the dealings with both the home warranty and the insurance companies. All the work was done much faster than we expected, the crew was very professional and did not leave nearly as much mess as we expected. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone dealing with this kind of a disaster to either give AllState Service Group a call directly or ask your home warranty company to dispatch them.
