  • This review is long overdue. The fact that I'm even writing this review after a year of closing on our house in Gilbert, AZ, tells you that Dan Gonen really left a great impression on our family. We moved from the Denver area to Arizona in June 2015. Our Colorado realtor (also with ReMax) recommended Dan as our AZ realtor due to her search for a top-notch professional within the ReMax system. We emailed and talked on the phone with Dan prior to our house-hunting adventure, which began in March 2015. It was the SHORTEST ADVENTURE we've ever experienced! LOL! Dan asked all the right questions upfront as our Buyer Broker; he was able to line-up an extensive list of homes to tour over spring break 2015. His on-line MLS search options allowed us to look at homes that weren't on other internet sites (Zillow, Trulia, Realtor, etc) prior to our arrival in AZ. He knew we had very little knowledge of the vast Phoenix area and very little time to house hunt. We didn't expect to find THE house in just 3 short days, but we did (super-short adventure). Dan's ability to negotiate a great deal landed us in an awesome family-oriented community. (Btw, Spectrum in Gilbert, AZ, is phenomenal! Developed by the Disney family with a public elementary school that takes the time to get to know new families.) Dan is well-connected within the residential real estate professionals (from housecleaning contacts to home warranty companies to networking with other real estate professionals, he's got you covered). I have no doubt that when it's time to sell our home in Gilbert, we will use the expertise of Dan Gonen! We know he'll get us top dollar! (I hope that's no time soon though because we're just getting settled-in. :-))
