  • Ordered a fan on a Sunday and was told it was getting delivered by Friday. Called and was told it wIll be Monday. Called Tuesday and was told I was going to be called back about shopping date. Never got a call back. Called again and was told will get a call back again as this was coming from the manufacturer. How would a customer know that? I was told it was supposed to be here last week! What happened Fanco? You used to be very efficient. People said what they meant and he product showed up on time.
