  • The Sunday night before Presidents' Day, we heard a loud crash. We didn't realize what it was until the following morning when we were trying to leave the house - our garage door spring broke in two. After looking at a few reviews on Angie's List and Yelp, we found Mastercraft. We decided to call them first because they had so many favorable reviews. We called them around 9am and they were able to get us on the schedule that day between 12-2pm -- the tech actually arrived around 11:45am! Eric was great and very knowledgeable. He gave us some advice about some of the issues we had with our garage door and gave us estimates on getting a replacement in the future. I've already passed on their name to a couple of friends who are also having issues with their garage doors!
