  • It is the little things!!! OK I may not be little but I am short!! We stayed in a jr. suite in the Rush Tower for New Years Weekend. Beautiful suite facing Fremont St. Was a little concerned about the noise level but since the noise stayed at the same level it wasn't an issue. I loved the bed and pillows. The food at the Grotto was excellent!!!! So were the desserts! Here is where the short part comes in!!! The shower and the bathtub are made for much taller people!! I am 5'2" and the shower was at least 12" to high. I had bought some amazing bath salts at Daily's General Store (Container Area) and couldn't wait to have a nice deep tub relaxing soak!! Nope! Kept slipping in the tub,,, it too was about 12" to long!! The hubby took a couple of soaks cause it fit his 6' frame perfectly!! The other issue that I had is that there was not a decent mirror location to put my make- up on. Not only am I vertically challenged but I also can't see the big "E" without my glasses. THere was a lighted mirror at the vanity but that didn't help because I had to have it so close that there was not even space between me and the mirror. We had a wonderful New Year's week-end and are thinking about doing it again this year.
