Doctor was great.
Most of the front desk staff are great. However, it's been over a month since I placed an order for contacts with them and the order still says "processing." Wouldn't you think that the staff should call to find out what the hold up is? I can't cancel according to them, I have -8.5 vision so you can imagine how frustrating this is, and I travel 90% for work so I can't come in to pick up trial contacts every week. One of the ladies is very passive aggressive towards me and has not forwarded my request to speak to the doctor personally. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning. Order your contacts from Costco or 1-800, trust me!
Update: the 1 rude front desk employee decided to argue with my review (on google) saying they gave me contacts for months to last me in addition to the ones ordered. This is true, however I received a few weeks at a time and like I said- I travel for work so this did me no good. I also had to have them ship the contacts, which FINALLY showed up, to my house at no cost to me after quite a bit of arguing. Very inconvenient. I won't be returning.
