It was very clean, and the service was great. Actually too great, we had multiple servers that checked in on us about every 5 minutes which actually got to be distracting at the frequency. The seating is absolutely cramped, I felt claustrophobic.
Food was mediocre. Nothing was horrible (just very bland) and the nothing was absolutely amazing (Explosion roll was the best). Everything was room temperature which threw me off, but didn't ruin the food.
I will go back because of the pricing and the variety. I love being able to try lots of rolls and new combos in a few bites, and if I don't like it, it's ok, I didn't waste $10 for a large roll like at most restaurants.
I am worried that on a Friday night that only half of the restaurant's revolving lines were open and there were several parking spots right out front. Hope they make it. It's a great concept, the food just needs more flavor.
