  • One thing I always like is working directly with the owner. He was able to arrive at my house only 90 minutes after i called. He was friendly, courteous and did the repair quickly. He didn't try to upsell me on some service plan, which I always find annoying. The labor is warrantied for 30 days and the parts for 1 year. Also, despite being a small business, he accepted my debit card.
