  • Most professional service I've encountered in my 15 years in Las Vegas. Way more than what I had come to expect. My A/C stopped working around 5pm. Sent out a request for quotes and On the Spot Air responded in less than 30 min and scheduled a technician (Randy) to come inspect between 8pm and 10pm. No extra charge for an evening call. No extra charge for an immediate inspection. Randy arrived on time and examined the A/C unit. Explained everything and explained the different components to me in a way I could understand. Fortunately, it was a simple dead capacitor which he was able to replace immediately. Very reasonable fees and super fast, professional service.
