rev:text	I hope other people read full reviews carefully. My shower valve broke so I need to replace it, so I called here based on the yelp review rating. The guy who picked up the phone called me "sweetie, sweetheart", which he never even met me before. My gut was strongly telling me this person think I'm a women so he will over pricing his service.
