  • Good experience and good customer service, but you can tell the place is a little run down and has lost there attention to detail. The premises are very nice, but needs an update really bad. Breakfast buffet at Rick's was very good, but dinner selections were just okay. Hope they step it up here soon, because its very nice to stay away from the strip in a family and pet friendly hotel.
